After restructuring, the unit achieved the highest unit completions on record and, in the last four months, achieved greater than budgeted targets through scheduled improvements in training delivery.
Reviewed and implemented a new reporting system for all teams including monthly 1:1s with a program of improvements for the effectiveness of the performance management system.
